VTT: Pole Mount Options (New vs Existing)
Audience:

In VTT, when completing the QC Photo step of an installation or service call, you have the option to select “Existing Pole Mount”.

If using a pole mount already on the customer’s property, select “Existing Pole Mount” when completing the work order. You do not need to note the order indicating you used an existing pole mount.
Reminder: Inspect any existing pole prior to use, to validate it is solid, has a sufficient amount of concrete, and meets our installation requirements.
When installing a new pole follow the process you do today by adding the photo of the hole and the pole mount.
