On May 4th, 2023 at 10 PM MT, a new update for FSM will be released. Details below:

New ‘Date’ Column in Customer Warehouse Section from Order Details

A new ‘Date’ column will now appear in the Customer Warehouse section of the work order that gives a reference for when an event took place, if applicable.

Bugs:

In some instances, a report that was “killed” before being processed would still generate said report and send to user. This has been corrected.

For FSM Mobile App on Android ONLY – a bug was addressed where part of the FSM Mobile App for Android would cut off at the bottom. This didn’t affect usability of the app, purely a cosmetic fix. Due to this fix, Android users of the app will need to download and reinstall FSM Mobile to their devices.
