On 8/24/2022 at 10 PM MT, a new update for FSM will be released. Details below:

Search Filter Modifications:

  • To applicable users; the Fulfillment Partner search filter in Browse Orders has been modified from a drop-down menu to a multi-select search filter. This will allow searching of work orders across different fulfillment partners in a single search.

  • New search filter “Service Name” – this will allow users to search for work orders by specific plans.
    • For example; searching for “Unlimited 25” will bring up all work orders with that Service Name on it.
