Do you have questions about Performance Follow Up (PFU) Service Calls? PFUs are critical to reduce bandwidth wasted by our customers’ systems.

Viasat currently opens PFUs for mispointed antennas, cabling issues, and TRIA swaps. Each of these work orders have specific notes to help you troubleshoot the installation.
