This Job Aid is for all FSM users who need to access and login to the FSM website.

Access the FSM site at: https://fsm.viasat.com/
Important: Although you will see username and password fields on the FSM login page, do not use them—doing so will result in an error. You must click on the “Login with OKTA” button.
Which credentials to use?
Depending on your role, your OKTA credentials may be known by different names:
- Sales: Use your GPP credentials
- Dispatchers: Use your eSVT or Partner Portal credentials
- Technicians: Use your VTT credentials
Password Requirements
The password must…
- be between 14 and 24 characters
- 5 of the characters must be different
- contain 3 of the following 4 character sets:
- Lowercase letters
- Capital letters
- Digits Special characters like: !@#$%^&*()
