Viasat Technician Activation Process

Audience:

Starting February 27th, the Installer Portal (http://install.viasat.com/) will be officially decommissioned for technician installs, service calls, and upgrades.

All Viasat technicians will be required to use Viasat Tech Tools (VTT) to complete all work orders.

If you have not done so already, we recommend that all Viasat technicians familiarize themselves with the VTT installation process. You can watch a detailed video tutorial here.
