Attention Dispatchers – New FSM Scheduler is here!

Hello,

Viasat will be launching the new FSM Scheduler the night of Wednesday, February 3rd, 2021, and it will be ready for use the following morning of Thursday, February 4th! 

Users will no longer be required to enable Adobe Flash Player and can return to using their favorite internet browser rather than relying on the FSM-Viasat Browser. Google Chrome remains our recommendation!

Want to learn how to use the new Scheduler? Complete the new uptraining course now available in Viasat Discover. Additional information is also available in the eGuide. 

Don’t have a Viasat Discover account? Go to https://bbs.viasatdiscover.com and click the Register link. As you follow the steps on screen, be sure to choose Retailer Sales Agent as your Job Title.
