New to FSM:  Past Open Job Modifications Pt.1

Summary:

Starting on May 4th,2022 FSM will modify the current Past Open Job logic. This change will provide more flexibility for Technicians to complete the work order before the work order is moved to Past Open status. Please see the Past Open Job Logic changes below:

  • Work orders in an “On Site” status will move to “Past Open” status once per day at 12:00AM MST
  • Work orders in statuses “Acknowledge”, “Assigned”, “En route”, “Unassigned” and scheduled for the Morning slot that day will move to “Past Open” status after 11:00AM (Customer time zone).
  • Work orders in statuses “Acknowledge”, “Assigned”, “En route”, “Unassigned” and scheduled for Mid-day slot that day will move to “Past Open” status after 2:00PM (Customer time zone).
  • Work orders in statuses “Acknowledge”, “Assigned”, “En route”, “Unassigned” and scheduled for the Afternoon slot that day will move to “Past Open” status after 5:00 PM (Customer time zone).
  • Work orders in statuses “Acknowledge”, “Assigned”, “En route”, “Unassigned” and scheduled outside of Morning (8-11), Mid-day (11-2), Afternoon (2-5) slot will move to “Past Open” status based on event time.
  • Event Time – The work order time frame inserted. For example, the work order is scheduled from 6am-7 am. The event time is over at 7 am
  • When using FSM UI, the Technician role can move work orders from “Past Open” to “En route”, “On Site” or “Pending Complete”
