On 6/8/2022 at 10 PM MT, a new update for FSM will be released. Details below:
Dispatch Board Enhancement
The Dispatch Board will be updated to include a new tab labeled “All”
This tab will display the following metrics regardless of date range:
- All Pending Work Orders by Scheduled Slot
- All Pending Escalations
- All Pending Work Orders by Status
- All Pending Work Order by Age
Minor changes to Dispatch Board:
“Today” tab –
- Removed Total Pending Work Orders by Status
- Removed Total Pending Work Orders by Age
- Renamed “Total Pending Work Order by Scheduled Slot” to “Today’s Pending Work Orders by Scheduled Slot”
- Renamed “Total Escalations” to “Today’s Escalations”
“Yesterday” tab –
- Renamed “Total Pending Work Orders by Scheduled Slot” to “Yesterday’s Pending Work Orders by Scheduled Slot”
- Renamed “Total Escalations” to “Yesterday’s Escalations”
“Tomorrow” tab –
- Renamed “Total Pending Work Orders by Scheduled Slot” to “Tomorrow’s Pending Work Orders by Scheduled Slot”
Other Update(s):
For QA Follow Ups, FSM will now store and display QOI information at the time of creation in the QOI tab like so:
